We would like to inform you that the hospitality team will be there to help all participants of Infotsav round the clock. To register, you need to bring the following:

• Institute I-Card and 2 passport sized photographs of each participant with name of participant and college written on the back of the respective photos.
• Registration fees of Rs. 450 per participant. This fee covers your accommodation and messing at IIITM Gwalior.

The ABV-IIITM Campus lies on NH 92 is at a distance of 5 kilometers from the Railway Station and the Inter State Bus Terminus. The campus can be easily reached by auto-rickshaws or taxis.(Map)

We do not provide transportation, however you can easily get an auto/taxi from the Railway Station to our campus. There will be volunteers at the help desk round the clock to help you. You can report at the help desk at any time and we will ensure that you will get the accommodation and messing facilities.

There are vehicles scheduled at regular intervals from our institute to the city. So you will not face any problems in reaching the Railway Station on 13th.
